We are selling our wheelchair van now my mother has gone into care and we no longer need it.
This van is perfect – it really is. There are no issues.
The van was custom made by Rollx in 2010 at a cost of just under $20k. It features a power sliding right exit ramp and also the vehicle squatting feature, that also lowers the van by around 3 inches for even easier loading. The power doors are operated button or key fob and the ramp is also operated by button or key fob – so the system is entirely remote controlled. Additionally there is a switch in the RHS Tail Light to operate the ramp which is surprisingly useful, as you can watch it extend and choose when to stop the system if space is tight (like some car parks).
The inside of the can is clean and tidy with minimal wear and tear. The rear seats are like new, the fronts show some minor patina, but overall the van shows well.
The exterior of the van is really great for the age and mileage. There is really no body damage that I am aware of, not even one parking dent.
The engine and all mechanical components are working just as they should. The engine has been fully serviced throughout our entire ownership with any maintenance done as per the required schedules, with all filters, flushes etc when required or recommended. The brakes (both front and read) were new last year and the 4 matching Yokohama Avid Touring Tires are as new.
It drives well, with no squeaks or rattles. The AC works very well and there are no warning lights on the dash.
The van comes with the original handbook, the Rollx user hand book, 2 ignition keys, 2 fobs, and 2 Rollx fobs, all working. It has a new VA Inspection and Emissions.
This low mileage van is probability better than the vast majority of much newer Wheelchair Mobility vans on CL but at a fraction of their price. It will certainly provide very useful service for many years to come.
