This RV was well-loved and in excellent condition. It has given our family so much joy the last couple years and now it is your turn. It is a 2017 build, with ~60,000 miles on it.

– The RV sleeps 5 adults comfortably. We have done four adults and two children and been fine! There are two queen size beds: the master bed in the (single) slide-out and the bed in the loft above the cab. The dinette converts to a full size bed.
– Full kitchen includes gas stove and oven, convection microwave oven, large refrigerator, sink, and lots of storage space.
– Full bathroom includes sink, toilet, shower, storage space, and is filled with light thanks to an upgraded skylight.
– There is one large and one small storage compartment on the lower part of the camper, accessible from outside.
– There is a mechanism that allows the two batteries to share power. I don’t know what it is called but I know it is a desirable feature.
– The large, powered awning is in the process of being replaced, so it will be new for you! It is one of the best parts of the camper!
We are selling the RV as is. It has been serviced regularly and used throughout the year, so no „lot rot“. My father was a car dealer but was not very successful because he was very honest. I am his daughter and am proud to continue the tradition. Known issues include: dent in ladder (still bolted securely), some scrapes along side of body from trees. There are six tires – two in front and duallies in back that are all in good shape, but four of them should be replaced in the near future (the two front ones were replaced in the last year). No automobile accidents, but some minor collisions with moving objects, damage from these incidents has been repaired.
