This is a 2006 JayCo Jay Flight 23FB travel trailer. There was a leak in the bathroom skylight which caused serious water damage to the roof and surrounding walls in the bathroom.
I did initial demo thinking that I would restore. The wife and I have decided that it’s not a project for us. If you are looking for a solid camper that needs some work to make perfect, this is the unit for you. We remodeled the forward bed area to change it from a single RV Queen to a pair of twins. Otherwise it’s how we bought it (minus the water damage).
There is certainly mold that will have to be dealt with, and the rear section of the roof will need rebuilt.
